Abbey park is easily accessible from the city centre with access from St Margaret’s Way, Abbey Park Road and a bridge from Charter Street over the Grand Union Canal. The park also forms part of the central section of the riverside walk and cycle route 6.

There’s no designated car park for the events. However, there are pay and display car parks on Abbey Park Road and St. Margaret’s Pastures.

A Child ticket is valid for visitors aged 3 to 15 years old. Children aged 2 or under do need a ticket to enter, which is free and can be found here.

A Family ticket is valid for 4 people only. A Family ticket is valid for 2 Adults + 2 Children or 1 Adult + 3 Children. Children aged 2 or under do need a ticket to enter, which is free.

Infants go in for free but still require a ticket which can be found here.

No. There will be an additional cost for certain activities at Dino Kingdom, such as fairground rides, Mini Golf, Food and drinks. You can pre-order some ride tokens with special offers here.

You do need to arrive at the event at the entry time you chose when you booked your tickets. This is to avoid overcrowding and for health and safety purposes. If you arrive a little early or a little late, don’t worry, you will not be refused entry to the event. The last entry will be at 15:00.

Yes. However, we do not have facilities for storing them. Dino Kingdom takes place in a grass field with no hard-standing paths. The ground is flat however, after excess rain, the conditions are likely to become muddy. Please note that we do not hire out buggies at the event.

No. Children’s scooters/skates/bicycles will not be allowed to enter the event, and we do not have facilities for storing these items.

No. Dogs or pets will not be allowed to enter Dino Kingdom, except from guide dogs and registered assistance dogs.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us here and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

You can find your tickets in the app, in the 'Tickets' tab. In addition, we send you your ticket and its information in the confirmation email you received when you purchased the ticket.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please note that the Guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket please email us here with proof of disability. Here are a few of the documents we accept:

• • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
• • Evidence of being severely sight impaired.

Entry
The event is open daily from 27th May – 12th June 2022, from 10 am to 6 pm with the last entry at 3 pm. When selecting tickets, you will be asked to select a time slot.

Dino Kingdom is wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible. However since it takes place in a grass field with no hard standing paths, after excess rain, the conditions are likely to become muddy. The event takes place outdoors, and as the weather in the UK can be unpredictable, we recommend bringing a raincoat, especially if rain is forecast.
The event will not be closed nor will we be offering swaps to alternative dates due to rain.
